Hello my dear Sister,
We are almost two years into this horrible war in Israel, with our soldiers still fighting on all fronts, our hostages still held in captivity and antisemitism still rising around the world. Most of us feel this pain in our heart since October 7th that doesn't go away. We have cried so much that there are no more tears left, and we have no more words that can describe what we are feeling.
So what do we do now? How do we find the strength to go on with our day to day lives? How do we continue to wake up every day, take care of our loved ones, work in our businesses and continue with what appears to be so mundane in our life right now.
Through all the noise and the pain, some women are rising above all this suffering and aching, to transcend evil and turn it into an amazing idea, a project or an initiative. Some Leaders know how to identify the exact action that will bring hope, support, help in order to Be Part of the Solution to support Israel and the Jewish People at a time when we need it the most.
These are the women and leaders that we have chosen to give a voice, a platform, a space in this Global Leadership Conference 2025, so that they can share more about their initiative, and bring us back the hope and the visibility that we so desperately need.

In the second part of the Conference, you will be able to take all the inspiration that you received from the speakers and work in smaller groups, in order to look inside and see how you can step into your leadership role.
With the help of a trained facilitators, you will be able to discuss, brainstorm and reflect on the following:

- Where do you think that you could make a difference, share your expertise and be an agent of change for the Jewish People?
