On the first day of the Retreat, you will be invited to take a look inside yourself and compare where you are today with the person you are Born to Be.
- Define your WHY, your purpose, your soul-contract and discover – or rediscover – your Born To Do
- Align with your treasure box that contains all your dreams
- Identify your core values and define – or redefine – your mission statement
- Discover how to align WHO you are with WHAT you do

The Born To Do Business
Award Ceremony
At the end of the first day, we will all gather for the Born To Do Business Award Ceremony where the Members of the Born To Do Business Program will receive an Award to acknowledge their hard work and to celebrate their success.
Each Member will present their business and it will be a great opportunity to hear amazing success stories, to be inspired by successful entrepreneurs and to network with like-minded business owners.
This Ceremony will be followed by a cocktail party to celebrate together our Born To Do and our success ;)

The Strategic Planning Day

On the second day of the Retreat, you will align who you are Born To Be with the Business you are Born To Do, by making the right strategic choices and planning 2020 for success!
- Translate your Born To Do into your Business Strategic positioning
- Get more clarity on your long term vision and your goals for the year to come
- Identify where your mindset gets in the way of your performance, and shift it
- Receive concrete resources to plan strategically and manage your projects
- Choose which projects you want to focus on in order of priority
- Work on your marketing metrics and financial projections for the year
- Define your expected results and reverse engineer to what needs to be done today

Where will the Retreat take place?
The Born To Do Retreat will take place in Israel, in Jerusalem, in a very nice venue inside the Hotel "Little House In Baka".

If you are interested in staying in a hotel for the night between January 5th and January 6th, you can book a room in this hotel as well.
They have single and double rooms available with Breakfast included, and they are offering a special discount for all the Retreat Participants.
What will you eat?
Throughout the Born To Do Retreat days, there will be Coffee breaks & Refreshments and a delicious lunch which will be served on both days.
If you decide to book a room at the hotel, you will also have Breakfast included in the price of your room.
For Dinner, there are plenty of good restaurants in the area so you will be able to continue the magic over dinner.

👉 What is the Schedule of both days?

👉 What if I don’t live in Jerusalem?

If you are coming outside of Jerusalem you can:
- Come by car from where you live
- Come by train – click here to check the trains schedule (20 min ride by bus or taxi from the Train Station to the hotel)
- Book a room in the "Little House in Baka" – the Hotel where the Retreat is taking place (see below details for booking)

If you come early, there might be still empty spots on the street, but the Hotel is located in a busy street in Jerusalem, so it is not easy to find free Parking.
You can also park your car in a paid parking that is at a 10/15 min walking distance from the Hotel

The best way to check prices and to book a room in the Little House in Baka Hotel is to contact Avi at hotelbaka@gmail.com, and write “To Avi” in the subject. There is a special discount on the price for the Retreat Participant, so don’t forget to mention it :)

As soon as you register, you will be invited to a Closed Facebook Group that will be open only to the participants of the retreat, and there you will be able to connect with the other participants and you will receive all the updates on the Retreat. We are looking forward to seeing you there :)!

If you are staying at the Hotel, Breakfast is included in the Price. If not, we will have coffee and tea with cookies available when you come in.

There will be 2 coffee breaks a day which will include coffee, tea, milk, sugar as well as sweet refreshments to enjoy with hot drinks.

Lunch will be served in the Event venue. We will send you a Questionnaire as soon as you are registered so you can let us know if you are allergic to specific foods.
👉 What about Dinner of Sunday Night?

There will be plenty of people who will stay overnight in Jerusalem, and so we will make a reservation for Dinner in Jerusalem, not far from the Hotel.
👉 What about the weather?

The weather is pretty chilly in Jerusalem in January, so we suggest you take a coat or jacket.
👉 If I pay now, but can’t come later, what are the cancellation policy?

Since the number of seats is limited, we strongly suggest that you pay now to reserve your seat. If an unexpected event occurs, you will be able to cancel and to be reimbursed up to one week before the event. After this date, there will be no reimbursement.
👉 When is the Early Bird Deadline?

The Early Bird Deadline is December 17th, so make sure to reserve your tickets before the price goes up!
