Below are questions that are commonly asked about the Strategic Planning Day (SPD).

👉 What is the schedule of the day?

The SPD will last from 9 AM to 5 PM with 2 coffee breaks and lunch at around 12.30 PM.
👉 What if I don’t live in Jerusalem?
settings
If you are coming outside of Jerusalem you can:
- Come by car from where you live
- Come by train – click here to check the trains schedule.
👉 Is there parking?

If you come early, there might be still empty spots on the street, but the Hotel is located in a busy street in Jerusalem, so it is not easy to find free Parking.
You can also park your car in a paid parking that is at a 10/15 min walking distance from the Hotel

👉 How can I communicate with the other participants?

As soon as you register, you will be invited to a Closed Facebook Group that will be open only to the participants of the retreat, and there you will be able to connect with the other participants and you will receive all the updates on the Retreat. We are looking forward to seeing you there :)!
👉 How can I share a ride to Jerusalem with someone?

This is a great idea! You can post a message in the Closed Facebook Group and see if anyone is interested in sharing a room with you.
👉 What about Coffee Breaks?

There will be 2 coffee breaks which will include coffee, tea, milk, sugar as well as sweet refreshments to enjoy with hot drinks.
👉 What about Lunch?

Lunch will be served in the Event venue. The food served is Kosher Lamehadrin. We will send you a Questionnaire as soon as you are registered so you can let us know if you are allergic to specific foods.
👉 If I pay now, but can’t come later, what are the cancellation policy?
settings
Since the number of seats is limited, we strongly suggest that you pay now to reserve your seat. If an unexpected event occurs, you will be able to cancel and to be reimbursed up to one week before the event. After this date, there will be no reimbursement.
👉 When is the Special Price Deadline?

The Special Price is valid until March 13th at noon, so make sure to reserve your seats before the price goes up!
